CUSTODIAN MICROFINANCE BANK

Custodian Microfinance Bank Ltd was established in the year 1992 as Owode Community Bank Limited.

The bank transformed to Custodian Microfinance Bank Ltd in the year 2007 with a paid-up Capital of N20million and Authorized Share Capital of N50million as a Unit Bank. The Bank as at December 31^st, 2018 has a paid up capital of N49milion and N49million shareholders’ fund.

The bank presently is on the move to change her status from a Unit Microfinance Bank to State in the next two (5) years i.e year 2025 while the National status is being pursued in the next five (5) years – year 2030.

Message from the Chairman

The main aim of establishing Custodian Microfinance Bank Limited was to provide microfinance services to the people in Ido Local Government of Oyo State and create employment opportunities to Nigeria citizens and later develop the bank to meet the needs of Nigerians nationwide.

The idea was conceived by my late husband(Kunle Adeagbo) of blessed memory who was a professional banker who did his best to achieve this aim before his demise.

This is a bank with a vision to be a leading microfinance bank in Nigeria and well equipped to benefit mankind by callibre of the members of the Board of Directors which I am opportuned to be the Chairman and a crop of versertile professional bankers managing the bank.
